100% of the people that are part of the team of Reality are volunteers from different cultures, countries, professional backgrounds, or experiences.
After more than 10 years of carrying out punctual works as volunteers, we’ve decided to organize ourselves so as to unify our actions for a better and more egualitary world, where everyone could enjoy the same rights and oportunities.
