Sensibilization, Education for development, public incidence.

“Bolivia is one of the countries with the most important economical diferences, 5.493.067 out of 8.547.091 Bolivians are poor (INE 2004)”.

Because there is a South in every North and a North in every South, we carry out actions of sensibilization and of arising consciousnesses targeting the civil society so that everybody should take their social responsabilities and make pression on the public authorities in order to have them comply and answer positively to the requests and social necessities in the frame of a coordinated and shared actions.
Because we believe that no project can be sustainable without the civil society and the governmental authorities being aware and conscious of their responsabilites, in Realidades we promote the sharing of realities and we organize worshops for reflexion and debate about various themes such as immigration, weather changes, social struggles, access to water, and the right for alimentary sovereignty.

We’d like to impulse the creation of brotherhoods between schools, communities, and Spanish and Bolivian entities.
We elaborate audio and video documents, photo exposition, postal cards campaigns, and publications in order to promote the sensibilization of the realities of the South in the North.
We participate in an exchange programm called “Approaching Realities” organized by the Associació Solidària Intercultural Nor Sud from Barcelona, through which volunteers have the oportunity to come to Bolivia and support one of the different projects that we’re carrying out.
